  I have scheduled an installation twice now, and in both instances was told afterwards that the time agreed upon was not available. The staff is quite friendly, but I have had to wait about two weeks for internet. Hopefully the price and quality of the service will make up for the lack of customer service, but my expectations are extremely low.

  Competitive pricing comparing to the standard Verizon FiOS and Comcast xfinity. I like the peace of mind that my price will not go up after a year and then again after two years (I went from paying $39.99/month to $74.99 on my second year with Comcast!). I got in during a promotion and received two months free and they honored it. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the result after 7 months with them. Minimal outage and the speed are true to advertisement (D25Mbps/U5Mbps). However, they lose one star for customer service. The staffs working at Norwood Lights Department on the 3rd floor doesn't seem too happy about being at work. When I walk into the office to inquire about internet and electricity multiple times, most of them seemed like they're having the worse day of their life; no smile on their faces. Doesn't feel too welcoming. They do answer your questions, but seems reluctant to help. Luckily, I have some IT knowledge and able to diagnose my own internet problems, but boy do I not want to know what would happen if I need to ask for a technician.
