    Was told my son could do swimming lessons and then flew all the way here to go on vacation and they told me had to be a resident .. was a resident my whole life and my parents stil live here.. the class isn't even full and they still won't take my money . So they would rather not fill the class and leave it empty.

    I have scheduled an installation twice now, and in both instances was told afterwards that the time agreed upon was not available. The staff is quite friendly, but I have had to wait about two weeks for internet. Hopefully the price and quality of the service will make up for the lack of customer service, but my expectations are extremely low.

  • Review of "Employment-Training Resources" at Norwood

    It is actually an old high school or junior high from what I was told when I finally figured out how to enter the building. The only sign you see is when you pull in off the street and then when you are directly in front of the door marked #24. Now mind you the door right next to it is #1. Arrive early because you will be wandering around the high school until you find out where you need to be. Framingham is a much nicer location and the staff is more helpful but if you're stuck going there park near the senior center walk past door one and then go to the next door.
